TransferX charges a small platform fee on accepted jobs — 10% for live bidding (minimum €5), or 20% for Quick Quotes. That fee is the only thing you pay us. The transport price itself you pay directly to the carrier, using whichever payment method they accept.
All verified carriers must hold goods-in-transit insurance covering the full value of items they transport. We strongly recommend documenting your vehicle's condition with photos before handover. Any damage claim is between you and the carrier, who carries the appropriate insurance.
Two separate payments. You pay the TransferX platform fee through Stripe, which unlocks the carrier's contact details. The transport price you then settle directly with the carrier — bank transfer, card, cash, Bizum, whatever they accept. Each carrier lists their accepted methods on their profile.
That is between you and the carrier. Many take payment on collection or delivery, some ask for a deposit first — it is shown on their profile. TransferX never holds the transport money, so there is no waiting on us.
Yes. All carriers must complete strict KYC verification including: National ID, business registration (Autónomo/SL), driving licence, vehicle registration/ITV, and goods-in-transit insurance. We review every document before approval.
You can cancel free before any offer is accepted. Once you have paid the platform fee and contact is unlocked, that fee is non-refundable. Any money you have already paid the carrier directly is a matter between you and them, so agree cancellation terms with them up front.
Yes! TransferX works across the EU. Carriers can specify which countries they operate in. You can post jobs anywhere within Europe.
Click 'Register' and choose 'Carrier'. After creating your account, complete the KYC verification with your documents. Once approved (usually within 24-48 hours), you can start submitting offers on jobs.
