TransferX charges a small platform fee on accepted jobs — 10% for live bidding (minimum €5), or 20% for Quick Quotes. The carrier's quoted price is what you pay for the actual transport. No hidden fees.
All verified carriers must hold goods-in-transit insurance covering the full value of items they transport. We strongly recommend documenting your vehicle's condition with photos before handover. Any damage claim is between you and the carrier, who carries the appropriate insurance.
When you accept a carrier's offer, you pay via Stripe. Your money is held safely in escrow — the carrier doesn't receive payment until you confirm the vehicle has been delivered in good condition. This protects both parties.
After you confirm delivery, the carrier's payment is released within 2-7 business days (standard Stripe payout time). The 10% or 20% platform fee is deducted automatically.
Yes. All carriers must complete strict KYC verification including: National ID, business registration (Autónomo/SL), driving licence, vehicle registration/ITV, and goods-in-transit insurance. We review every document before approval.
You can cancel before any offer is accepted. After accepting an offer and paying, cancellation depends on the situation — contact us and we'll work with you. The platform fee is non-refundable once contact has been unlocked.
Yes! TransferX works across the EU. Carriers can specify which countries they operate in. You can post jobs anywhere within Europe.
Click 'Register' and choose 'Carrier'. After creating your account, complete the KYC verification with your documents. Once approved (usually within 24-48 hours), you can start submitting offers on jobs.
