These Terms govern your use of TransferX. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to them. We've kept the language as plain as possible — read it carefully.
TransferX is an online marketplace that connects people who need vehicles or equipment transported ("Senders") with independent transport providers ("Carriers"). We operate from Marbella, Spain.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each person may only hold one account. Multiple accounts may be permanently banned.
Carriers must complete identity verification before submitting offers. We review all documents and may reject applications. Approved status can be revoked at any time if we believe a Carrier poses a risk to other users.

Carriers are independent contractors and responsible for their own tax obligations in Spain. TransferX does not guarantee any minimum income or number of jobs.
TransferX charges a platform fee on the accepted job price: 10% for standard bidding (minimum €5), or 20% where the Sender uses Quick Quote. This fee is paid by the Sender to TransferX and is non-refundable once contact details have been unlocked.
The transport price is paid directly by the Sender to the Carrier. Each Carrier states on their profile which payment methods they accept, whether a deposit is required, and whether they can issue an invoice. Sender and Carrier are responsible for agreeing the timing and method of that payment between themselves.
Because TransferX does not hold these funds, we cannot reverse, refund, or recover any payment made directly to a Carrier. Senders should agree terms — including cancellation terms — with the Carrier before transferring any money.
The platform fee is refundable only where contact details were never unlocked, or where we determine at our discretion that a Carrier acted fraudulently. Email us to request a review. Refunds of the transport price are a matter between Sender and Carrier.
Platform fees are processed by Stripe. We don't store card details. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Carriers are responsible for issuing their own invoices, accounting for VAT where applicable, and meeting their own tax obligations on the transport price they receive.
TransferX is a technology platform. We're not a party to any transport agreement between Sender and Carrier. We don't control the quality, safety, or legality of transports, the truth of listings, or the ability of Carriers to complete jobs.
Any claim for damage or loss during transport is between Sender and Carrier. Carriers must hold appropriate insurance. We strongly recommend Senders document vehicle condition with photos before handover.
To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, TransferX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including vehicle damage or loss of income.
We may at our discretion try to mediate disputes but are under no obligation and make no guarantee of any outcome.
You may not use TransferX to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms.
You may close your account anytime by contacting us. Closing doesn't release you from obligations on active jobs or pending payments.
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Hungary.
If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be modified minimally to be enforceable while the rest remains in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform.
