TransferX is an online intermediation platform connecting people who need vehicles or machinery transported ("Senders") with independent transport providers ("Carriers").
TransferX does not provide transport services, does not own vehicles, and is not a party to the transport contract entered into between Sender and Carrier. Its role is limited to facilitating contact between the parties and charging a platform fee for that intermediation service.
Accessing and using this website confers user status and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Users undertake to make proper use of the content and services, and not to use them for unlawful activities, activities harmful to third-party rights, or activities that may damage, overload or impair the normal operation of the site.
The content of this website — including without limitation text, graphic design, source code, logos and trade marks — belongs to the provider or is used with appropriate authorisation. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
Content published by users (job descriptions, photographs, profiles and reviews) remains theirs; by publishing it, the user grants TransferX a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.
